Joanna Verrico & Asssociates was established in 1994 and offers a wide range of conveyancing services throughout England and Wales. As experienced and dedicated licensed conveyancers, we are the modern alternative for your property transactions.
 
We can also assist with the purchase of French property through our sister company which has reliable and trusted links with English speaking solicitors and Agents in France.
 
We are a family firm, small enough to offer our clients the personal contact they expect and deserve and big enough to incorporate modern technology into our working systems. Through our case management system, our clients are able to view the progress of their transaction 24/7 via their own direct computer link.
 
Most of our work comes via personal introductions or from returning clients and since 1994 we have built up a formidable reputation for personal service honesty, integrity, attention to detail and speed.
 
Our offices are open from 9a.m. until 5p.m. and are conveniently situated in Beltinge which is on the outskirts of the main town centre of Herne Bay. We are on a bus route and there is free and easy parking nearby. We do not close for lunch and, if necessary, later appointments outside of office hours can be arranged. All our experienced staff will be able to help with any enquiries you may have.

Licensed conveyancers are specialist property lawyers and, as we are not distracted by litigation, crime or matrimonial matters, we are seldom out of the office or away from our desks.
 
The profession was born in 1987 when the government decided that the public needed more choice and value for money and ended solicitor's monopoly over conveyancing services.
 
Licensed conveyancers are regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers which carries out regular inspections of our files and accounts to ensure that the practice is being run efficiently and in accordance with their rules.
 
All licensed conveyancers must carry full professional indemnity insurance and undergo compulsory further education and training.
